Life is not about how much you do. It doesn’t mean doing a lot. It means doing what matters.

Some conversations are really strange, mine and others. There are times when it’s not easy to figure out what to say. That’s what people ask when I say am going to the doctors. Actually, I’m feeling well and I want to stay that way. By the way, taking care of your health saves time. All that time in the dentist chair and doctors office when you are unhealthy is not what most people call fun.

You can lose money. You can lose your lover. You can lose your job. But the one thing you have to keep is this: Your Confidence. I am amazed how many people answer the question, “How are you?’ by saying “busy” When did busy become a feeling? “Busy with what”, I sometimes say. And the answer is usually  something like, “the same old stuff”. “Correcting papers, staying late at work and more.” It’s rarely something exciting.
