Some conversations are really strange, mine and others.
There are times when it’s not easy to figure out what to say.
Here’s the first one, overheard on the elevator today:
A: Would you like my plants? I’m moving.
B. Sure, that would be great.
A. I already gave all the good ones away.
Me: [didn’t say a thing.]
You: What do you say to this?
And then last week:
C: Would you like free tickets to this movie?
Me: Sure, thanks. Is it any good?
C: Not really.
Me. [I really didn’t know what to say.]
You: What would You Say
